ありませんか？
結論から言うと
圧倒的にオススメしません
日本の温暖湿潤の環境ではどうしても皮脂が出やすく
その他にもPM2.5や花粉の影響も受ける環境です。
湯シャンだけではどうしても
皮脂が詰まりやすくなるし
何より頭皮、臭くなります。
どう考えても酸化するので、、、、
湯シャンだけで良くなったと感じた人は今まで刺激、洗浄力の強いもの（市販品に多いです）を
使っていたから一時的に”マシになった”パターンの方が多いと僕は思います
なのでやっぱりシャンプー選びは重要ですし、
本当に必要なものなのです。
